Welcome to Jobee Trade, a product sourcing company for small independent retailers. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Jobee Trade website (the "Service") operated by Jobee Trade ("us", "we", or "our").

Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

User Accounts: When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.

Delivery: We will make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the products you have ordered within the estimated delivery time indicated on the Service. We will not be liable for any delay in delivery.

Intellectual Property: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jobee Trade and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Termination: We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Changes: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
